Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, sealed, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to promptly assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items, such as personal care goods (including beauty products), are not eligible for return. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the current item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. We will issue you an in-store credit for the returned item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 15-30 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
